WOW - Warton’s Outrageous Wingding event organised by Warton Village Hall on a sunny Spring Sunday (remember them?!) really was a “Wow” - Warton, you raised an astonishing £1,000 towards the new playground at The Roods!  On top of this the Roods committee raised a fantastic £320 on their stall.  Members of the two organising committees met this week to present and accept the cheque.
