Warton Village Hall Management Committee Notice is given that the 50th Annual General Meeting for Warton Village Hall will be held on Wednesday, 6th May 2026 at 7.00 pm in Warton Village Hall
1. Apologies for absence
2. Minutes of the 49th AGM held on 30th April 2025
3. Matters arising
4. Chairman’s Report, and acceptance thereof
5. Treasurer’s Report, and acceptance thereof
6. Resolution: that the hall shall take steps to incorporate itself as a charitable
incorporated organisation, as per the public notice of 4th April 2026.
7. Resolution: that the charity trustees be authorised to take all action and complete all documentation necessary to effect item 6 on this agenda.
8. Retirement of elected members and election of new committee (anyone over 18 who lives in the parish of Warton is eligible for election) including signing of Trustee Eligibility Declaration
9. Any other business
