Warton Parish Council

Warton Parish Council meets on the first Tuesday of each month (except August) in Warton Village Hall at 7.30 pm.  Attendees are the Parish Clerk, Chairperson, local County and City Councillors, Parish Councillors, the Parish Auditor and members of the public.

Matters discussed include environmental and green issues, transport, planning, village societies and general community issues, charity distribution and funding, village cleanliness and work of the parish lengthsman. Facilities for children and the elderly are usually on the agenda. The Community Police team may also occasionally be in attendance and may give reports and updates on crimes, security, vandalism etc.
